Frequently Asked Questions

Worksite Vending

We service a wide range of worksites including residential and commercial construction sites, civil and infrastructure projects, workshops, warehouses, industrial facilities, and government or council worksites. If you're running a project in South East Queensland, get in touch and we'll let you know if we can help.

We come to your site, assess your crew size, the type of work being done, and what products would be most useful. From there we recommend the right machine size, product mix and payment model. The whole process is obligation-free — you only proceed if it makes sense for your operation.

Every machine is customised to your site. Common products include PPE (safety glasses, gloves, ear plugs, dust masks, hi-vis), hydration and snacks (water, sports drinks, energy drinks, snack bars), and tools and consumables (batteries, drill bits, tape, cable ties, blades). We work with you to select the exact mix your crew needs.

Absolutely. As your project evolves, so can the product mix. Just let us know what you'd like to add, remove or swap and we'll update the machine on the next service visit.

Turnaround time depends on machine availability and site readiness, but we aim to move quickly once you've confirmed you want to proceed. We'll give you a clear timeline during the assessment process.

Standard vending machines require a standard 240V power outlet and a footprint of roughly 600mm wide by 800mm deep. We'll confirm exact requirements during the site assessment based on the machine we recommend for your site.

Payment & Pricing

We offer three models: Employee-Paid (workers buy products at their own cost using cash, card or contactless — no cost to the business), Company-Subsidised (you cover some or all product costs as a crew benefit), and a Combined Model (subsidise safety-critical items like PPE while workers pay for snacks and drinks). We'll help you choose the right model during the assessment.

Under the employee-paid model, there is no cost to the business — the machine is self-funded through product sales. Under subsidised models, you cover the cost of the products you choose to subsidise. We'll walk you through the numbers clearly before you commit to anything.

Yes. You have control over the pricing model. You can set products at market rate, subsidise them for your crew, or offer certain items at cost. We'll help you set this up in a way that works for your budget and your team.

Yes. We can provide visibility into what your crew is purchasing, when, and how much — useful for project planning, welfare tracking, and understanding your subsidy spend if you're running a subsidised model.

Restocking & Maintenance

We monitor stock levels and restock before you run out. Restocking frequency depends on your crew size and usage — high-traffic sites get more frequent visits. You don't need to call us or track stock yourself; we manage it proactively.

All servicing and repairs are handled by us. If something goes wrong, contact us and we'll get it sorted as quickly as possible. Machine downtime is bad for everyone, so we take maintenance seriously.

No. That's the whole point. Once the machine is installed, we handle restocking, maintenance and product updates. Your only job is to let your crew know it's there.

Business Support

Our business support covers quoting and estimating, job management, project planning, documentation and compliance (including SWMS), and day-to-day operational support. We work with you to identify where your business needs the most help and focus our support there.

No. They're completely independent. You can use one, the other, or both — whatever makes sense for your business.

Both options are available. Some clients need help with a specific project or task (like setting up a quoting system or preparing SWMS documentation), while others prefer ongoing support across their whole operation. We'll work out the right arrangement during your free consultation.

We work exclusively with trades and construction businesses — builders, electricians, plumbers, concreters, earthmovers, landscapers, fit-out contractors and more. Our support is industry-specific, so you won't need to explain how your business works to us.

Service Area

We're based in Burpengary and service worksites across the Moreton Bay region, North Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane CBD and inner suburbs, Ipswich and western corridors, and regional SEQ project sites. Gold Coast and northern NSW can be accommodated on request.

Possibly. Get in touch and tell us where your site is. For larger projects or longer-term engagements, we're willing to travel further. We'll be upfront about whether it's feasible.
